Driving After Dark 3 was an 18+ fanwork event for the Life SMP Series. Although not mandatory, there was a focus on explicit and mature fanworks. It featured smaller teams of 2-5, where participants could either collaborate on a piece, work together to create pieces for each other, or just to make whatever they’d like. The name of the event is a play on words, with "driving" referring to "Traffic Life" (the series' fandom nickname) and the tendency of adult events to be referred to as "after dark". It was a follow-up to the previous Driving After Dark 2 event.
