Quackity (born December 28, 2000)[2] is a Mexican YouTuber and Twitch streamer. He creates content in both English and Spanish. In 2024, he won the Best Minecraft Streamer and Best International Streamer awards from the Streamer Awards, and in 2023, he was nominated for the Best Minecraft Streamer award.[3]

He gained prominence as part of the Dream SMP from 2020-2022, and founded his own Minecraft server, the QSMP, in March 2023. The QSMP aimed to connect streamers from different cultures, utilizing a real-time translation mod. The server shut down in May 2024, suspected to be because of various employees' complaints against the working conditions they were under.

"Lore" Streams

As part of the Dream SMP and QSMP, Quackity created "lore" streams, where he roleplayed in character. These are a large part of his popularity, with his creating high-production lore streams with a cinematic feel to them.

literally nothing will ever beat the first quackity lore stream where he transitions from relatively calm background music in minecraft to the crunch of paper being crushed. the bang of the suitcase. poker chips falling out. the calendar with visit dream written on it every. single. day. if you weren't jumpscared you're lying that shit revolutionized properly 'cinematic' lore streams

i think one of my favorite things about quackity is how he’s so down to just, take things completely seriously even if they have ridiculous origins. like, the el rapids sign that has hillary goddamn clinton plastered smack dab in the middle of it? used in an emotional, cinematic scene, no problem. schlatt’s ridiculous “flatty patty” bit? he turns it into an actual serious point of contempt for his character it’s so freaking refreshing, like..... i don’t even know how to describe it. it feels like flinging cringe culture out the window
