Cute Causas is the team name for the bilingual group of streamers who participated in Twitch Rivals: Hunt & Run event. It includes Aquino, BadBoyHalo, Soarinng and KendoMurft. They are also called Ñ team by fans because of the way BadBoyHalo first pronounced Aquino's name. Serpias is sometimes included as an honorary member.

Canon

The Hunt & Run event had originally been billed as a Spanish event that Twitch Rivals invited English streamers to, so tensions were high between the two language groups with the Spanish specifically targeting Anglos, angry at their inclusion. However when Soarinng came across BadBoyHalo, an American who was only fluent in English, he immediately asked to team up with him as both had played in QSMP's Purgatory 2 event. Although they had never spoken before the Hunt & Run event, Soarinng said that since Bad was part of the QSMP that meant he was a good guy, and since they were both QSMP guys they should stick together. Bad was quick to agree, and they spent the day together. At the end of the day, heading to the safe zone, they met Aquino, a close friend of Soarinng, who was surprised Soarinng was teamed with one of the English 'tryhards'. Soarinng vouched for Bad, and so Aquino also vouched for Bad when they were at the safe zone, telling the group of Latino and Hispanics there not to kill Bad.

The next day of the event Kendo (another friend of Soarinng) and Aquino joined Soarinng and BadBoyHalo. The team navigated the day successfully, with Kendo and Bad having a funny moment of both disguising themselves as socks. They managed to confront another team and kill another player, who tried to save himself by saying the Spanish were supposed to team against the gringos and to "kill all gringos" something that Bad amusingly parroted back. Bad and Kendo were also each other's assassination targets, but they refused to kill each other.

Unfortunately the day after that would spell doom for the team, as Aquino's internet failed him, causing him to be disqualified from the event. While mining in a large open cave, Soarinng was sniped by a rival team. BadBoyHalo dug down trying to hide, but was routed out and killed, leaving Kendo alone and struggling not to cry. Kendo would go on to make it to the final day, forced out of necessity to team with the man that slaughtered his teammates, but ultimately losing the event.

Outside of the event, all the members had nothing but kind things to say about each other. Friendly twitch raids and messages were sent to each other, with Bad mostly sending raids to Soarinng and also VIPing Soarinng in his chat (a significant gesture to Soarinng). Soarinng tried to schedule Bad's inclusion other games and events, but so far Bad has not accepted any for unknown reasons.

Bad, Kendo and Soarinng all participated in Twitch Rivals: House of Nightmares event as well. However they mostly only had friendly passing conversations between games and were never teamed. Kendo did seem to help save Bad's life by loudly counting the timings between fireballs during one game, which allowed Bad to correctly time and dodge them to a victory.

Spanish-speaking Serpias is sometimes included due to him also participating in the House of Nightmares event as well where he and Soarinng had a bit of a rivalry, while he and BadBoyHalo where friendly and picked for the same team. Him and Kendo also had a funny ship moment, where Kendo told Serpias in Spanish that he and Bad were boyfriends, while then telling Bad in English that Serpias was his boyfriend, much to Serpias' dismay.

Fandom

Soarinng and Kendo both encouraged fanart of the group and even seemed to approve of shipping them with BadBoyHalo. Aquino also seemed to have approved of shipping himself with Bad, but later retracted it. (See Aquino/BadBoyHalo)

Shipping the members is not really that common, fans mostly platonically celebrate the culture and language exchange.

It's strange and I don't know how to explain it well, but that effect that bad has that at first you can't stop thinking about him as well as around him and the ñ cute causes they became very attached to him, is it the same type of affection that got me hooked on him? I don't know, it's very simple and interesting to know more about it
