Scott/Tony is a pairing of Scott Lang (Ant Man) and Tony Stark (Iron Man) from the Marvel Universe - especially in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, after Captain America: Civil War release.
Canon
Comics
Both Tony and Scott appear in the comic books and Cassie Lang, Scott's daughter, often refers to Tony as Uncle Tony.
Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU)
Tony was introduced to the MCU in Iron Man (2008). The film launched the MCU and was followed-up by two sequels. He also starred in several movies within the The Avengers Movieverse. Scott Lang was introduced to the MCU in Ant-Man (2015), and then appeared in Captain America: Civil War (2016). In a post-credit scene from Ant-Man, Sam Wilson recommended Scott to Steve Rogers as 'a guy' who can help them. Tony and Scott were on opposing sides in Captain America: Civil War.
Fandom
The ship is rare outside of the MCU movies. Scott/Tony started showing up after the release of Ant-Man. After the release of Civil War, it became more popular, most of the activity happening on tumblr by landscassandras and shewhowillrise. With Captain America: Civil War, the pairing became Enemies to Lovers (really mild enemies to lovers).
As of Sept 2019, there are 36 tagged works on AO3.
