In pop culture and fandom, there is a joke debate about which actor is the Best Chris. This is generally a choice among young white male franchise actors known for appearing in superhero films: Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Pine, and Chris Pratt, playing Captain America, Thor Odinson, Steve Trevor, and Peter Quill respectively. [1]
Though opinions vary, Pratt seems to be frequently cited as the worst Chris within fandom spaces, to the extent many of Pratt's colleagues in the industry defended him after a poll asking about the worst Chris spread online.
Some people have suggested the best superhero-affiliated Hollywood Chris is actually Christopher Eccleston, having played Malekith the Accursed and generally having a much better reputation in fandom, especially politically, in comparison with Pratt.
