Concerns with this template

Hello Orangecatontree;

I've noticed that you have been putting this template on a lot of pages. While the effort is admirable, both myself and some other contributors have concerns that it needs reworking.

First, the color choice of red on black is extremely hard to read; users with eyesight issues may find it eye-straining or illegible. It also draws a significant amount of attention away from the article. Second, with the amount of information included, it needs to be collapsable. It's very long; on short Marvel pages, it often more than doubles the length of the page. This ties in with my earlier point on it drawing attention away from the article. I can try working on the color and collapse. But I can don nothing with how it draws attention from the articles. Do you want me to remove those?
Edit: Hi, Pinky G Rocket, I've reworked the template, let me know what you and other contributors think about it. If it's alright, I will proceed to add some more ships names under the ship column later when I have the time, also divide them to M/M, F/M, Non-binary categories because the list is too long.
That's much better! I would consider having the subcategories collapsable as well if possible and agree with dividing the lists up to make them more parsable. But for now, this template is much easier to use; great changes :) Pinky G Rocket (talk) 14:47, 10 June 2022 (UTC)
Done creating the subcategories collapsable, thank you for the suggestion! :)

Not all Marvel is MCU

Hi, I've noticed there's a lot of pages in the Marvel Cinematic Universe category that aren't actually MCU - the X-Men characters, for example. Can you amend your template so it only sorts items into Category:Marvel and not also Category:Marvel Cinematic Universe?Rossi (talk) 18:32, 26 October 2023 (UTC)

Hi, I've just seen this message. Sorry, I don't really understand what you mean by sorting items into Category:Marvel and not also Category:Marvel Cinematic Universe. Does it mean is should exclude categories like "Loki (TV series) Characters from the template? Orangecatontree (talk) 09:27, 7 November 2023 (UTC)
Hello, I'm changing the template to Marvel Universe, refering to List of Marvel Universes page. I hope to include all Marvel Universes; movie-based, comic-based and televison-based. Orangecatontree (talk) 20:44, 9 November 2023 (UTC)
