Fandom
- Due to the fact that Chris Evans plays two characters in the Marvel films (Johnny Storm in the Fantastic Four films and Steve Rogers in Captain America/Avengers films), same-actor crossovers happen. This is especially true when Fantastic 4-film series is crossovered with Captain America/The Avengers Movieverse and/or is just considered a part of the MCU (despite the fact that canonically it isn't).
- In RPF, Chris is often paired up with Sebastian Stan or other MCU actors such as Tom Hiddleston and Robert Downey Jr. as well as Scarlett Johansson, who he's worked with before. Since CACW he's been paired up with Elizabeth Olsen. He is sometimes paired up with his real life girlfriend, Jenny Slate.
- Fans often refer to him as Dorito due to his shoulder/waist ratio (see *shows up 15 minutes late with a crappy dorito comic* in which Tony Stark notices it). Robert Downey, Jr. seems to know this as well, during an interview vid, he refers to Chris as "Dorito" (See a gif of the interview scene).
- When he laughs, Chris usually throws back his head and performs what fans have dubbed the "left boob grab". See this gifset by peterony on Tumblr. Sebastian Stan and Anthony Mackie even know about this (See a gif of the interview scene).
- Chris is usually very outspoken about politics, especially on Twitter. Some fans appreciate this.[1]
- Because of his political views, personality, and muscles, some fans think Chris might actually be Steve Rogers.
