Victoria Hand first appears in The Invincible Iron Man #8 (December 2008).
Marvel Cinematic Universe
Victoria Hand is portrayed by Saffron Burrows. Her first appearance was in episode 7 The Hub of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. Her final appearance on the series was episode 17 Turn, Turn, Turn, where she was killed by Grant Ward ordered by John Garrett.
Fandom
Although a supporting character in Marvel Comics, there are some works of fiction for Victoria, usually focusing on the Dark Avengers storyline in the comics.
After she was killed by Grant Ward in the MCU, fans started a "Save Victoria Hand" campaign on Tumblr and Twitter where they hope to have PTB reveal that Hand would still be alive, like the Phil Coulson fandom did for him.
