This is Spock. I want to touch the gleaming hair on his slightly wrinkled forehead. I want to gently ask what causes his huge dark eyes to look so sad. This is gorgeous and I hope there is a matching Kirk at the turn of a page. Sadly, there is not – but that doesn‘t diminish my admiration for this piece. Kirk is here in this picture – unseen – he and the love his friend holds for him is captured in Spock‘s expression.
