Jubilation Lee is the alter ego of Jubilee from the Marvel Comics series The X-Men.

Canon

Jubilee first appeared as in Uncanny X-Men #244 (May 1989).

Jubilee possesses the mutant ability to generate pyrotechnic energy plasmoids from her hands (often referred to as fireworks). Jubilee was one of the depowered mutants affected by House of M, that later became a vampire in X-Men (vol. 3) #1 (2010).
