Dottie Underwood is a character from the Agent Carter television series, part of MCU.
Canon
Dottie Underwood first appeared on Agent Carter in episode 3 "Time & Tide", as a roommate to Peggy Carter and Angie Martinelli. It was later revealed to be a product of the precursor to the Black Widow program.
Fandom
The Agent Carter fandom exploded with excitement about Dottie's action scene at the end of "The Blitzkrieg Button",[1] and what it could possible mean. Many suspected Red Room/Black Widow training, which was later revealed to be correct.[2]
