Clint/Nick is a rare slash pairing of Clint Barton (Hawkeye) and Nick Fury from The Avengers Movieverse.
Canon
The characters share a few scenes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. In one of the deleted scenes, Fury defends Clint in front of the council, insisting that Clint fought off Loki's mind control to be able to spare Fury's life.
In the comics, they mostly interact in Secret Avengers, where their relationship appears to be more laid-back than in the MCU.

Clint/Nick is a rare pairing in the Marvel fandom. The existing fanwork is MCU-based, with little to no cross-pollination with the comics. They're often shipped in an OT3 with Phil Coulson.
