The Kree (a.k.a. Ruul) are an scientifically and technologically advanced militaristic alien race in the fictional Marvel Universe. They are native to the planet Hala in the Large Magellanic Cloud.
Canon
Kree's first on-panel appearance was in Fantastic Four #65 (August 1967), created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby.
Kree resemble humans almost exactly, with the exception of blue skin (although there are two other skin colors - grey and pink). Kree have a higher strength level than that of a human and require more Nitrogen to live.
Carol Danvers (Ms. Marvel) is turned into a half-Kree due to an accident. Teddy Altman (Hulkling) is a half-Kree, half-skrull.
