Hope Pym is a Marvel Comics character that first appeared in the MC2 universe, and appears in the Ant-Man and the Wasp Movieverse under the name "Hope van Dyne".
Canon
The daughter of Hank Pym and Janet van Dyne in the MC2 universe, she first appeared in A-Next #7 (April 1999). Known as "The Red Queen", she founded "The Revengers" supervillain team along with her brother Big Man. The team attempted to assassinate The Avengers and Cassandra Lang (daughter of Scott Lang) whom she believed was a mockery to parent's memory, as well as the "Ant-Man"/"Wasp" mantle[1].
MCU
Hope, portrayed by Evangeline Lilly, is renamed Hope van Dyne to show her estrangement from her father, Henry Pym. She teams up with her father and Scott Lang in the first movie against Darren Cross. In the mid-credits, Hank gives Hope a version of the Wasp costume. In the second film she debuts as Wasp and teams up again with Scott and her father against Ghost and to retrieve her mother, Janet van Dyne, from the quantum realm.
Hope appears in Ant-Man, Ant-Man and the Wasp, and Avengers: Endgame.

Since the first Ant-Man movie was announced/trailer released, the pairing Hope van Dyne/Scott Lang has appeared. After the film was released, the femslash pairings of Hope/Natasha, Hope/Darcy, Hope/Ava, Hope/Carol and Hope/Pepper appeared. Other Hope rarepairs include various femslash MCU pairings such as Hope/Carol, Hope/Maria, Hope/Hela, and Hope/Jessica.
