Felix/Annette is a pairing seen in Fire Emblem: Three Houses and the spin-off series Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes between Felix Hugo Fraldarius and Annette Fantine Dominic. They have a canonical ending card that depends on players choice and in-game support points.

Canon

Both characters are in the Blue Lions house. They have 4 support levels: C, B, A, and A+. You can reach their supports on any route as long as they've both been recruited.

Their canon endings differ depending on what route you play. Azure Moon has them marry and retire to Fraldarius. Other routes have them become professors at Garreg Mach.

Their supports focus on Felix hearing Annette sing, and Annette trying to get him to forget all about what he heard. The A+ support is explicitly romantic, with Felix saying "It's like I'm your captive" and asking "Sing for me. Please."[1]

In unused data from Azure Moon, Felix and Annette were supposed to betray the Kingdom after the death of Felix's father Rodrigue and be bosses on chapter 18. [2]

In Three Hopes, there are no paired endings and the two only have a single support conversation, but they promise to see an opera together after the war. One of Annette's battle lines after Felix kills a certain number of enemies has her saying he's "the coolest".

Fandom

Felix/Annette is easily the most popular het pairing for both characters due to their dynamic. Any Blue Lions-centric longfics will either be focused on the couple's developing relationship or have them as a background beta couple to contrast another pairing or as worldbuilding for a more general plotline.

While there is a decent amount of smut written for the pairing, a lot of it is safe for work, or any higher than PG-13 rated fics are focused more on the violence of war than on sex.

Common fanfic tropes

Fanfic often uses the trope of sun and moon or grumpy and sunshine, and will have Felix open up and become softer towards Annette. Other common tropes are timeskip fics (especially the 5-year in-game skip), and the Modern AU.

Kidfic is popular for the pairing, either focusing on Annette's pregnancies or the two raising their children after the war.

Another common trope is Arranged Marriage, usually Annette marrying Felix for political reasons or to save the Dominic barony during the war.
