Tandy Bowen, also known Dagger, is a Marvel Comics character who is one half of the superhero duo Cloak and Dagger.

- Tandy Bowen is the "light" half of the vigilante duo known as Cloak & Dagger. After a drug-related experiment awakened her powers, she became a living personification of light, with the ability to generate super-luminosity at will and use it both offensively and defensively.[1]

Hark a Vagrant Parody
In 2016 Hark a Vagrant posted a comic, "Tit Windows with Cloak and Dagger", poking fun at the questionable design of Dagger's costume.[2] The comic was widely shared and referring to Dagger's old costume as "tit window" was not uncommon among fans and causal observers.
