You want to do some September Stub work with me?
Even though it's not on official event this year, I thought it would be fun to work on a bunch anyway. Perhaps you want to join me? If not, that' okay, too. :-) --MPH (talk) 19:27, 9 September 2018 (UTC)
- Yes! :-) What are you doing/planning on doing?
- I went through the Stubs category and made a list of pages I know I can add things to; I've been slow getting started on the actual editing. (...And I started working (off-line) on composing the Canon section of the Squibs in Fanworks article, realized it sounded more like part of a meta essay one would quote in the article, and had to summarize my summary. #LessCanonMoreFandom) --Bikedancelaugheat (talk) 07:15, 11 September 2018 (UTC)
- Seeing your definition of a stub in reply to Kingstoken, the Stub template can be swapped out for ExpandArticle on many of the pages I created this June Bloom. I was using it partly as "let me tag this as a stub so other people know they should add to it", and partly as "this info is stubby compared to the amount I know exists" (e.g. Angie Martinelli, where the page length doesn't look stubby, but there's so little info!). (Angie Martinelli is not a page I created, but it illustrates the point.)
- Ha! I have de-stubbed Wix. Success! :) --Bikedancelaugheat (talk) 06:13, 17 September 2018 (UTC)
- Yes, I've been changing some to "Expand Article, too. And to me, a stub is either a single line or so, or a page, like you said that is longer but provides no fannish info. I've been working away de-stub-ifying, too. Seems like each one leads me down further (mostly enjoyable) rabbit holes! --MPH (talk) 12:29, 17 September 2018 (UTC)
