Cody is a contestant on Total Drama. He is a semi-prominent character within the series and popular with fans. As of November 2023, he is the sixth most fanwork'd character from Total Drama as a whole on Archive of Our Own, behind Noah, Duncan, Courtney, Gwen and Alejandro.

All of the above are wrangled tags on Archive of Our Own. Gay!Cody and Autistic!Cody are also common, though unwrangled. Of note is that Trans!Cody leans FTM, though it's also common to see MTF headcanons. Other places where fandom lives may portray Cody with one or all of these attributes.
In Total Roblox Drama, he is called Cory. Fans may call him this outside of the Roblox fangame. Cody is also one of the few Total Drama characters with a canonical birthday, being on April 1st.

Cody, the Comrade?
After a post of Lindsay reading Marx became viral on Tumblr around 2019, alecodys made a similar meme of Cody reading Marx later that year. The image of Cody holding up the book may be referenced in fanworks. Goopy-amethyst used this meme to refer to the Total Drama fandom as a whole in a post which garnered over 11k notes, saying:
The Total Drama fandom is the funniest thing in this fucking hellsite and I don't know how they do it.None of y'all Stevens Universes or your She-Ras can even get close to the range of intelectual comedy this image emanates[1]
Alecody would later create two, Archived version more, Archived version Comrade Cody edits. This edit was later featured in unironicduncanstan's Total Drama Iceberg in 2021.
"CODY FUCKIN' DIES"?
A popular YouTube video in Total Drama fandom uploaded by Undead Jared in 2014 titled "CODY FUCKIN' DIES, Archived version" is a short clip of Cody bouncing around before being flung into the sun. A credits sequence from Total Dramarama also flings him into the sun. Fans may believe this was an intentional nod, as discussed in this post, Archived version by tynvbfg.
This video was later featured in unironicduncanstan's Total Drama Iceberg in 2021.
Cody Must Consent Before Doing What?
In 2020, a conversation on Tumblr between two users discussing Cody trans headcanons went somewhat viral in Total Drama fandom. The conversation may be quoted or alluded to when discussing trans headcanons for Cody.
