The Extreme Timed Challenge MCYT Gift Exchange aka the EXTREME HARDCORE QUAD ESPRESSO SHOT TIMED GIFT EXCHANGE is a gift exchange that is a spin off of the MCYTBLR Holidays Exchange and focuses on MCYT. The idea for it started when someone misread the month on their instructions for te exchange, and thought they had to do their gift project in 24 hours / 1 day instead of the actual about 1 month and 1 day deadline - and they did complete their gift. This "extreme timed challenge" exchange shortens the times of the gift exchange, usually giving about a week or less to submit prompts, and then the exchange challenge is to complete a gift of 300 or more words or a rough sketch in a little less than 48 hours. The latest round of this challenge was during March 17 and 18, 2023. There were numerous gifts and treats during this round, over 200 at this time. But one of the stand out submissions this time was the ~ 19 second Life SMP Series animatic Start Again by indulgentAnaesthetic.
