The Extreme Timed Challenge Multifandom Gift Exchange is a spin-off of the Extreme Timed Challenge MCYT Gift Exchange following the same rules more or less, including the main rule of 300 or more words or a finished sketch in a little under 48 hours, however, instead of being limited to MCYT fandoms, this exchange was run as a Multifandom exchchange. This was in part said (the extent of serious or joking being somewhat up in the air, but at least somewhat seriously) to be in part because "some of us mods want to deal with a more complicated set of data and more complicated spreadsheets" (From open MCYT Gift Exchange discord community). It included about (slightly over) 100 participants and fanworks.
