Twincest refers to an incestuous pairing between twins. It may be a canon relationship, or a fannish pairing based on subtext.

- Ayashi no Ceres - Aki/Aya (Aki is possessed by the spirit of the man that married Ceres, who reincarnated into Aya, in a previous life)
- Blue Exorcist - YukioRin
- The Boondock Saints - Connor MacManus/Murphy MacManus
- Clannad - The Fujibayashi twins Kyou and Ryou are so close as sisters that an incestuous relationship is practically canon. Kyou even goes so far as to comment on her sister's beauty and physical features (specifically the size of her breasts) in canon.
