Hikaru/Kaoru is the pairing of identical twins Hitachiin Hikaru and Hitachiin Kaoru from the manga and anime Ouran High School Host Club.
The two have a double act that they carry out called "Forbidden Brotherly Love" in which they act out "twincestuous" scenes for the club's female customers. The two are both known as mischievous "little devil" types, although Kaoru is slightly more mature and level-headed than his brother Hikaru.
