Sometimes like this/also like that is a redraw art meme[1] focused on shipping. In one panel, two characters are depicted embracing gently. In the other, character grabs the other's hair roughly from behind, implied to be during sex. These panels can appear in either order, and the meaning of the meme is that the ship both includes rough sex and fluffy cuddling. In fandom context, the meme is usually a drawing based of the original meme featuring the pairing of choice, but, occasionally, it can be screenshots of the media, cosplay or art that wasn't made specifically for the meme.
