Dottore is a non-playable antagonistic character in the game Genshin Impact. He is a member of the Fatui Harbingers.

Canon

Dottore first appeared in the Genshin manga/webtoon as an antagonistic figure conducting human experimentation in Mondstadt, on Collei among others. His appearance was significantly altered when he appeared in the A Winter Night's Lazzo teaser trailer alongside most of the other Harbingers, giving him long hair and a beak-like mask over his eyes instead of his previous short hair and a white-and-black-patterned mask that covered his whole face aside from having eye holes and a hole revealing his right cheek and the side of his mouth.

Fandom

Dottore's new appearance was very well-received in fandom, and his back-and-forth with Pantalone in the Lazzo trailer inspired Dottolone to become Dottore's now-most-popular ship.
