Inazuma is the third of the seven nations of Teyvat that the Traveler goes to in the game Genshin Impact. Its element is Electro, and it is ruled over by the Electro Archon Raiden Ei (widely known as the Raiden Shogun or Baal, among other names).
Canon
Inazuma was released in update 2.0. It is an island nation that was, prior to the events of the Inazuma archon quest, locked to outside visitors and surrounded by an unending thunderstorm.
The nation is heavily inspired by Japan.
