Raiden Ei is a playable five star Electro character in Genshin Impact.
Canon
The Traveler is told that the Raiden Shogun rules the isolated nation of Inazuma. The Traveler later discovers that the Raiden Shogun is a puppet created by Raiden Ei to rule while Ei herself created a plane called the Plane of Euthymia to hold her consciousness in.
Ei took on the mantle of Electro Archon after her sister and original Electro Archon, Raiden Makoto, died. Ei dedicated her rule to "eternity" up until the Traveler's presence in Inazuma.
