Oliver Queen aka Green Arrow is a DC Comics character who also appears in various related media series, such as cartoons of DC Animated Universe, and television series such as Smallville and Arrow.

Canon Overview

Oliver "Ollie" Queen first appeared in More Fun Comics #73 in November 1941. Oliver is a billionaire businessman and owner of Queen Industries who is also a well-known celebrity in Star City. Sometimes shown dressed like Robin Hood (or referred to as such), Green Arrow is an archer who uses his skills to fight crime in his home cities of Star City and Seattle, as well as alongside his fellow superheroes as a member of the Justice League.



The main het pairing in the comic universe is Oliver and Dinah Lance - Oliver/Dinah, which is also canon. He is also sometimes slashed with Green Lantern i.e. Hal Jordan. Oliver Queen/Dinah Lance/Hal Jordan is a threesome ship that combines the two.

DC Animated Universe

The main het pairing in the DCAU universe is Oliver/Dinah. Although there are a few fans of Oliver/Supergirl.

Young Justice

Oliver Queen often appears as a supporting character Justice League member, mainly in Roy Harper and Artemis Crock fanworks but also many Black Canary and gen fanworks.

Other Adaptations

Oliver Queen, despite not being shown in the DC Cinematic Universe yet, sometimes makes an appearance in the related fanworks[2]. Most fic writers often use a crossover with the Arrowverse.
