Gwyllion, also known as The Gwyllion, is a fan artist. She was active in The Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter fandoms in the mid-2000s and later in Naruto fandom. In the late 2010s, she was primarily active in BTS fandom.
Notable Fanworks
- Lindir — Pencil drawing of Lindir and his harp. One of many Lord of the Rings character drawings done by Gwyllion as part of a project with Vi from The Haldir Lovers Group. The drawings were planned to be stitched into a quilt to be given to LOTR director Peter Jackson and Fran Walsh.[1] The cyan/green tones of the drawing was Gwyllion's trademark style.[2] This particular piece was nominated for a BAFTA fan award in 2005.[3] (July 2004)
- Harry Potter 2005 Calendar — Beach-themed Harry Potter fanart calendar posted in 12 parts. Features: Hermione Granger, Draco Malfoy, Ginny & Ron Weasley, Oliver Wood, Lucius Malfoy, Fred & George Weasley, Albus Dumbledore, Remus Lupin, Severus Snape, Sirius Black, Bill & Charlie Weasley, and Harry Potter. Line art of each drawing was posted alongside the color illustrations and also posted at colourme_hp for others to color.[4] (Dec 2004 – Jan 2005)
- "Konoha University" series: LTP : SasuNaru Full, SasuNaru- This Moment with You, Kiba_Shino, This Moment with You, and Day I Fell in Love...Part 2 — Naruto University AU. The first artwork in the series was intended to be included in the planned SasuNaru fanbook Lemon Tree Parade alongside a fic by atanih88.[5] Michelerene's fic He Can Be Taught was also inspired by the picture. (2008–2010)
