I stumbled into fandom when I was 14 and never bothered to create for myself a real pseudonym. Colloquially, I go by Jess, but am better known by my Livejournal usernames. From 2002-2005, I was Dammitcarl, mostly in Smallville and The O.C.. Since 2005, I have been Sloganeer, mostly in Stargate Atlantis and bandom. My fan fiction is archived in the Archive of Our Own.
I am not monogamous when it comes to fandoms. I return to old ones and pick up new ones and, therefore, putting dates on my participation is tough.
