Shore Leave is an annual fan-run convention that takes place in Baltimore, Maryland, USA.

It was founded by the Star Trek Association of Towson which continues to run it. The first convention took place in 1979; the con was still running as of 2025.

1985: Con Reports

Shore Leave was a lot of fun despite the aggravation of getting to and from the line and art rooms which those in charge cleverly hid behind the kitchen, two floors away from the rest of the con. Plus the fact that there seemed to be fewer good zines for sale than last year. De Kelley was a joy, especially when he went into his irascible Dr. McCoy routine while answering questions from the audience. [1]
