Joe Lawson is a fanfiction writer.

From the AO3 profile:

Hi there. I'm Joe. Don't let the spelling fool you, I'm actually a Jo, but I started posting fanfic under the pseudonym Joe Lawson, so Joe it is. I'm a fannish butterfly, so I tend to drift from one fandom to the next. I read a lot, but I'm a slow writer, I don't post WIPs, and I write original stuff, too, so there'll be long stretches without a fannish peep from me and then suddenly I'll post 80 pages of some weird AU thing that might involve everything from pregnant supersoldiers to mer people. [...]

Joe published Soldier of Fortune stories in zines such as Don't Ask Don't Tell, Good to Go, One in Ten and Watch Your Six as well as Van Helsing fanfic in The Left Hand. Joe has also created several fanfic covers.

Awards

Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea won the 2012 Hawaii Five-0 Ohana Favorite Awards in the categories "Favorite Steve/Danny - Genre: First Time" and "Favorite Steve/Danny - Genre: Alternate Universe".[1] The story Rattlesnake Smile was nominated in the "Best Dean" category of the 2006 Lawrence Awards in Supernatural fandom.

Teen Wolf

  • Wolf in the House - “What? It’s totally an improvement. He’s not scowling, or dating bad guys, or slinking around in unsanitary places. Still a bit paranoid, but what can you do. At least he’s a lot easier to get along with when you can buy his affections with ear rubs.”
“And you always wanted a dog,” Sheriff added wryly.
    “And I always wanted a dog.” (Derek/Stiles pre-slash, 2015)
