Post Apocalyptic AWESOMENESS. Max is better at being evil than he thought. What was supposed to be a simple test of an EMP beam instead wipes out all circuitry worldwide.And The Losers pick up their ball outside the clusterfuck that was now Huston and attempt to take it home to Jolene and Jensen’s Sister’s house. Then it gets even more fun.

The story in which Max manages to cause the apocalypse and the Loser's go on a Road-trip.The author used an unusual style choice, tearing up POVs, switching them around, going from 3rd person omniscient narrator into character zoom and back to mirror the fragmentation of life as the Losers know it. While this type of story might not be to everyone's taste's I found it an effective and gripping way to tell an apocalypse story.
I particularly like the strength of the characterization in this story. Any ensemble fic, particularly one that utilizes a large number of different POVs is hard to write well, but each of the characters has their own personal way of thinking, and feeling, which the author does a great job of showcasing, without loosing sight of the Loser's bad-ass natures.[2]
End of the world type fic. Everything fits, and it plays out like a movie in your mind. A perfect piece of writing in my opinion.[3]
This is a very interesting AU of the movie-verse. A what happens if the end of the world comes before The Losers find Max. It specifically all goes to Hell while Jensen is being held at gunpoint in Goliath headquarters. This could be either movie or comic-verse, but the Roque in this story is movie-verse Roque. He's far more likeable. Comic!Roque is a scumbag. There is Cougar/Jensen, but this is NOT a Cougar/Jensen story. It's a team!fic.[4]
