Frank Liltz was a fan artist and the husband of Barbara Fister-Liltz.
His work appeared in many of the zines she published, as well in zines published by others over a twenty-five year period.
Liltz died in Chicago on July 6, 2002 from advanced metastatic cancer at age 55.[1]
