Sangonomiya Kokomi is a 5 star hydro healer from Inazuma.

Canon

Kokomi is the general leading the Resistance against Raiden Shogun in the Inazuma storyline.

Fandom

Some feel disappointed by her character and story for her wasted potential, and her playstyle for being unable to hit a critical hit. However, fans eventually warmed up with her once the Ocean-Hued Clam artifact set was released, realizing her potential.

Connection to the Hydro Sovereign

People once speculated that she was the reborn Dragon Sovereign of Water, due to her constellation being named "Dracaena Somnolenta" which means "Sleeping Dragoness", and a prophecy found in Enkanomiya stating that they will be reborn in a human form. This turned out to not be the case as of the release of the actual reborn Hydro Sovereign. Her constellation may have actually been a reference to the Chinese politician Zhuge Liang, who was said to be a great military strategist and nicknamed the "Hidden Dragon", and not foreshadowing to her true nature like many thought.
