Gorou is a general in the Watatsumi Army, a resistance group in Inazuma under the leadership of Sangonomiya Kokomi. He writes an advice column for a magazine published by Yae Miko's Yae Publishing House, and is unaware that his advice is being republished under the pseudonym "Ms. Hina".
