Yasuhiro Hagakure is a student from Dangan Ronpa. He is a prominent character within the series, though is not too popular with fans. Hagakure debuted in Dangan Ronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc and survived The Mastermind's Killing Game, along with Makoto Naegi, Byakuya Togami, Kyoko Kirigiri, Aoi Asahina and Toko Fukawa. He also played a role in Dangan Ronpa 3: End of Hope's Peak High School.

Yasuhiro Hagakure's Age
Hagakure is a few years older than the rest of his classmates. While the others are around 17, Hagakure is either 20, (in the Japanese release,) or 21, (in the English release, due to this being the legal drinking age in the US.) Although this creates some discourse, it appears to have largely died off in the 2020s with the rise of Hagakure x Togami as a popular ship. The age difference is less likely to be an issue post-game with fans. Hagakure x Daiya Oowada became popular with fans in the west in the 2020s primarily to pair Hagakure with someone the same age as him.
