The GabeNath Reverse Bang is a Reverse Bang fan event focused on the relationship between Gabriel Agreste and Nathalie Sancoeur (GabeNath) from Miraculous Ladybug. It is a safe-for-work challenge.
Challenge History
The challenge was first announced on June 15, 2020.[1] Sign ups for the first iteration of the event opened on July 1, 2020. Sign ups closed on August 1st, 2020, and the art process began.[2]
The 2020 event was run by gabriel-fucking-agreste, retsukige, and shadowmayura on the official Gabenath Reverse Bang Tumblr account, joined on June 27, 2020 by kissmyapplejuice and thehopeelias as 'junior mods'[3]
dishwater-blondie was a senior mod, but stepped down from the position in July.
The GabeNath Reverse Bang is partnered with the GabeNath Mini Bang, which began January 2020.
As of August 7, 50 participants had signed up for the challenge. Pop-up signups were open from September 6 through 15, inviting new participants to join as beta-readers and/or pinch-hitters.
The official posting schedule was released on November 11[4], and entries were posted December 1st through 28th, 2020.
The next channel cycle has not yet been announced by the current mods of the event, but is likely to return in 2021 or 2022.
