Summary

Nathalie tries to encourage him to continue but even she has some reservations about the idea. The two have a heart to heart over some brandy and learn things about each other.

Beautiful. A truly exceptional job!I loved how you handled the topics, starting from something light-hearted, full of joy and laughter, to a more serious topic with a bittersweet tone, seasoned with a hint of bitterness and melancholy.

I loved the (famous) quotes from the episodes, they were very effective.
But what I liked most was the irony! At first, when they were drinking together, I couldn't stop laughing because of the teasing they made at each other (and the beautiful digs they threw! 😂❤️🏹)

Beautiful story! I love how you started with Gabriel’s self-criticism on his akumatizing tendencies; it perfectly set the tone of the first half of the story. The witty banter between them was so well done! It really compliments their long-standing friendship.
Gabriel’s admission of both his feelings and his incapability to give up on Emilie was a work of art and the open ending fits his dilemma perfectly.

adrien leaving the room like “‘just my assistant’ ya right” 🤣🤣🤣 wow the dialogue in this was so good! they really layed everything out on the table didnt they? i have to agree with nathalie tho, a little angry with gabriel for continuing but at least he was honest in his inability to give up at that moment.
