Curious Archer Pride Month Challenge is a challenge in the OUAT fandom for the Curious Archer femslash ship, started by of-monsters-and-werewolves. The challenge takes place every Pride Month, beginning in June 2021.
2021
So here’s the info folks:
Tuesday 1st June – Monday 7th June :Week 1. Celebrating Pride
This first week is all about CA celebrating Pride in whatever way that looks like for them!
Maybe that’s attending a parade, having a night in with some fellow gays, taking part in a protest for queer liberation, or making love until the sun comes up, whatever it may be, we want your fanworks and headcanons for Celebrating Pride!
Tuesday 8th June – Monday 14th June:Week 2. Identities
The second week focuses on the many identities that make up the LGBTQ+ community, and the different headcanons surrounding our favourite couple.
Want to portray one of them as non binary? Go for it! Want to celebrate them as lesbians? You go! Want to draw them holding bi and pan flags? Be my guest!
Or maybe they both help comfort or give advice to someone else who’s realised they’re queer? Maybe a friend or their kid or a family member?
Whatever you fancy, feel free to create!
Tuesday 15th June – Monday 21st June:Week 3. Events
The third week is all about Events: proposals, weddings, pregnancy, charges dropped for protesting against increasing rainbow capitalism. You know, the usual.
‘Events’ can be as big or as small as you want! Take the term however you like. Sending their kid off to school for the first time is undoubtedly an event, but if the moment one of them heard the other singing in their presence is something you see as an event, then it is one.
Tuesday 22nd June – Wednesday 30th June:Week 4. Go Wild!
Do whatever! Write some crack fic, have them meet Batman, make them superheroes.
Concoct their social media or a group chat convo. Write a 'Choose Your Own Adventure Story’ on Ao3. Draw them as lions from The Lion King.
Be creative. Think outside the box. Do something weird and wacky.
Alternatively, maybe you have a fic you keep telling yourself you’re going to write? Maybe one you keep trying to find time to do? Maybe if weird isn’t your thing, have this week be your time to do a fanwork you’ve always wanted to do?

Never written a fic before? Have a go and see what happens!
Can’t draw? Create them in a video game 'Create a Character’ mode.
Write a short poem. Or a song. Or just post some cool headcanons.
Fics can be as short or as long as you like, fluff or angst, smut or plot centric, whatever. So long as it fits the theme in some way, anything’s possible.
Take part in whatever way you want. Or just enjoy the ride.

For the event's second year the themes changed and a Discord server was set up for anyone interested.

The new revised themes are as follows:
- Wed 1st - Thu 7th June: Before the Curse
- Wed 8th - Thu 14th June: During the Curse
- Wed 15th - Thu 21st June: After the Curse
- Wed 22nd - Thu 28th June: Alternate Universes
- Friday 29th & Saturday 30th June: Undecided, though I’m considering doing some other kind of event, perhaps a ‘pick a prompt, write nonstop for 15 minutes, see what you come up with in that time’ kinda thing on Discord. Otherwise, it could just be a couple of days to finish anything else off you didn’t manage to upload.
First Set of Prompts:

Smut Prompts: 18+
18+ only: This isn’t done to dissuade minors from exploring their sexuality in fic in their own spaces, everyone should be able to do so freely and, most importantly, safely. But to prevent any dodgy interactions from occurring, this list of smut prompts is purely 18+. I recognise fully that it’s incredibly easy to simply lie about age, and I’m not gonna personally go digging into everyone’s blog to figure out if you’re an adult, but I would ask that you not engage with any of these prompts if you’re a minor. Ultimately, I can’t stop anyone from reading whatever fic they want, but the following smut prompt list is created with the assumption everyone using one is over the age of 18.
I also want to point out that fics created with these prompts may feature things that aren’t to everyone’s taste, including potentially kinks and fetishes. If reblogged, they will be done so with appropriate warnings based on the Ao3 tags, so please tag any smut fics created on the site approprately.
