Canon
Not much is known about Party Poison canonically, as we're only given glimpses of him. He was a caretaker of The Girl along with the other Fabulous Four members and died in 2019 at the Better Living Industries headquarters in Battery City, California while saving her.
Character description:
Party Poison is the leader of The Fabulous Four, seemingly the most famous Fabulous Killjoy Gang. He's a guy possibly in his mid to late twenties and most recognized for his bright red hair. He has hazel eyes and is known to wear a blue bomber jacket with red accents and the Dead Pegasus logo on it, along with the Party Poison logo on the back.
His domino mask is yellow and he's sometimes seen wearing a red bandana and or aviator sunglasses.
He has a Mousekat fursuit head of unknown origin that he's seen wearing occasionally.

Real Name
Party Poison is often written as having the "real" or birth name of Gerard Way, his actor and creator.
Gender
Party Poison is frequently interpreted and portrayed by fans as nonbinary or otherwise gender non-conforming, for which Way has shown support by saying he didn't care either way.[3]
In the Killjoy Comics, he is referred to as male, so the nonbinary/gender non-conforming business is strictly Headcanon.
Poison and Kobra/Venom Brothers
In many fics, Party Poison and Kobra Kid are portrayed as brothers, like their actors Gerard Way and Mikey Way. They're often referred to as The Venom Brothers/Venom Siblings, but it's unclear when this started exactly.[4]

Personality
Many fic authors write him as extremely sarcastic and sassy, often based off of the plethora of "Gerard Way: Sassy Diva" memes that were all over the internet back in the 2010s.[5]
