Music Video, or MV as it is often used, is a term some fans use for fan-made song videos similar to Vids. The term is used in Kdrama, Jdrama and other East-Asian source fandoms with live-action (not Anime) sources such as K-pop.
The term is also used for official videos released to promote bands or television shows in those fandoms, as well as a general term for the officially licensed videos made for music groups and produced all over the world.
