justtothesea (aka josiemus-prime) is a multifandom fan vidder, fan artist, and fan writer. She started out in fandom as a bandom writer in 2007. Most of her fanworks in other fandoms are fanvids or fan art.

She is most known in bandom for her fanwork contributions to the Frank/Gerard and Pete/Patrick livejournal fandoms. Most notable being her large Pete/Patrick rec list, which she started on her livejournal in 2008.

As the list was updated semi-regularly with new and old fan fiction, it grew past the livejournal posting limit and needed to be divided into multiple parts. The list was split into categories, unique in showcasing big challenge works and anonymously written comment fiction, as well as picspams and primers of interest.

Eventually the list and all of its posts were moved off of livejournal and into a single dreamwidth post on Josie's fanworks account problematic for easier bookmarking. However, Josie found little use for the account after deciding to post fanworks to her personal dreamwidth and ao3, and deleted the post that featured the rec list.

In place of the deleted account, she created a google site to host the entire list. But in 2018, while editing, she accidentally converted the site rendering it uneditable, and had to create a new, permanent Pete/Patrick replacement host site.

Though Josie had stated in 2015 that the list would no longer be updated or maintained and that some links may be inactive or lead to locked entries, as of 2018 she has once again begun editing and adding new stories to the list.
