Claire Mason is a fanartist in the Star Trek:TOS fandom during the 1960s and 1970s.
She contributed art to a number of zines, including an art portfolio called Don't You Just Love Leonard Nimoy?, which was 50 pages of illustrations of Leonard Nimoy by Claire and Karen Flanery.
She was listed as a member of the fan clubs The Nimoy Nest in December 1971. In 1972, she formed The Leonard Nimoy Nuts and Bolts, a member club of the LNAF and while she had to step back from it in 1975 due to college obligations, the club was popular enough that Ginger Burrison stepped up to continue running it.
In 1974, apparently before college ate her life, Claire also published a zine called The Worksheet, which became notable as printing the first version of Sharon Emily's "Spock meets Jesus" story Proof Positive.
