Related to Fuck or Die, Virginity Sacrifice puts two characters into a situation where the outcome of a major event requires one character (a virgin, and often half of a OTP), to have sex with another character (not a virgin, and often the other half of the OTP).
Of course, the definition of "virgin" may be debatable.
In Canon
In the Buffy the Vampire Slayer episode 'Teacher's Pet', Xander gets chained up as an offering for a gigantic praying mantis and reveals himself to be a virgin.

- Merlin: Virgin Sacrifices Aren't What They Used To Be by lamardeuse, with a podfic by FayJay, in which Arthur is a space explorer who is treated as a god by the people of virgin Merlin's planet.
- Naruto: Like A Virgin by AvocadoLove, a kink meme fill in which Iruka has to save Kakashi from being used as a virgin sacrifice.
