Slodwick is a fanartist and fanwriter active in multiple fandoms. She founded the A Picture is Worth 1000 Words multifandom fic challenge. She still moderates it as it heads into its seventh round.
She was also the evil genius behind the David Hewlett, How Are You So Awesome? postcard project. In January 2012 she organized a similar project for Sherlock (BBC) actor Martin Freeman, nicknamed the Gee, Martin Freeman Should Probably Have All the BAFTAs.[1]
