Lucius/Hermione is the non-canon pairing in the Harry Potter fandom involving Hermione Granger and Lucius Malfoy.

Lucius Malfoy is shown as knowing who Hermione Granger is: In Ch 4 of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, in Borgin and Burkes, Harry overhears Lucius scold his son Draco for many things, including that Hermione has scored higher than Draco in every exam. Later in the same chapter while at Flourish and Blotts, Lucius sees Mr. and Mrs. Granger as examples of Muggles that Arthur Weasley likes, but there is no direct interaction between Lucius and Hermione.
In Ch 9 of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, in the stands before the Quidditch World Cup, Lucius sees Hermione and curls his lip, which Harry attributes to Lucius looking down on anyone of Muggle descent:
Mr. Malfoy’s eyes had returned to Hermione, who went slightly pink, but stared determinedly back at him.
Fandom
Like Severus/Hermione, Draco/Hermione, Voldemort/Hermione and other Hermione pairings shipped with canonically dark wizards, Lucius/Hermione fanworks tend to be dark and angsty, often including hurt/comfort and power imbalance. Although there are some notable works in fluff and humor genres as well. Some fics have happy endings where love defeats prejudice and evil, others have cruel and disturbing scenes throughout the story with no happy ending in sight. Dark!fics are quite common for this pairing.
A relationship with Lucius, who is a Death Eater and a hated enemy of Harry, Ron and Ginny, usually tests Hermione's friendship with them, resulting in fights and sometimes breaking their friendship permanently. It is also quite popular among writers to break her canon romantic relationship with Ron as a result of her growing feelings towards Lucius.
Lucius' wife Narcissa is usually dead or out of the picture via divorce in Lucius/Hermione fanfiction, though there are stories where they have an affair while Lucius is still married. Some authors hint on the allegedly arranged marriage between Lucius and Narcissa, thus explaining his infidelity.
Fanfiction published on AOU tend to be filled with multiple warnings and marked as explicit which some readers may find triggering. Although earlier stories used to include such elements as dominant relationship and power imbalance with Lucius being the one in control, more recent works try to embrace the girl-bossing trend in them.

Lucius/Hermione fanfiction frequently includes the following tropes and themes:
- Infidelity fanfiction where Hermione and Lucius have an affair while married to or in a relationship with other people. It can be Narcissa who is being cheated on, but more commonly it's whoever Hermione is married to in the story, usually Ron. In some stories it is Hermione's dissatisfaction with her relationship with Ron that pushes her into an affair with Lucius. Examples: Misfortune of a Weasley, Blindfold Lifted, The Sense of Taste
- EWE, where Hermione never married Ron or their marriage fell apart quickly. Example: Hidden in Plain Sight.
- Polyjuice potion, where Hermione uses polyjuice potion to get something from Malfoy. It's usually Narcissa she's transforming into. Example: Play Cissy For Me.
- Ministryfic, they both work at the Ministry of Magic, they are either being forced to work on something or being brought together by an accident. Examples: Eligible, Insight.
- Captive!Lucius, where Lucius is held hostage by Order or by the golden trio, happens before TDH. A way to even out or reverse the power imbalance between them. Example: The Unforgivables.
- Captive!Hermione, where something happens between her and Lucius while she is a prisoner at Malfoy Manor. Examples: Invictus, Eden, Through a Glass Darkly
- Deranged!Lucius, where Lucius is going mad after Draco's death and gets his revenges on Harry Potter's best friend. Example: All I want for Christmas.
- Voldemort Wins, where Hermione becomes the Malfoys' slave in a world ruled by Voldemort, usually with Ron and Harry being dead. Examples: Bittersweet, In The Dark.
- Caretaker Hermione, where Lucius is physically injured or psychologically broken and Hermione takes care of him. Another way to even out or reverse the power imbalance between them. Example: Debtors and Collectors, A Great Task of Solitude.
- Post-War Canon, where Lucius is trying to redeem himself in the eyes of the wizarding world and regain his old influence and Hermione plays a role in his plan, knowingly or not. Examples: The Art of Reformation, Objection Overruled, The Poison Tree.
- Marriage Law, where Narcissa is dead and Hermione either willingly chooses Lucius as her husband or he is chosen for her due to him being a pure-blood and her a Muggle-born. Examples: First, Catch Your Slytherin, From Law to Love, In the Name of Science, The Lesser of Two Malfoys.
- Spy!Lucius, where he switched sides and spied on Voldemort for the Order of the Phoenix. Example: In The Rain.
- Professor!Lucius, usually an extension of the spy!Lucius trope where Dumbledore or the Ministry hires him to teach Defense Against the Dark Arts, and inappropriate things happen between Hermione and the new professor. Example: In The Rain.
- Time Travel stories where Hermione finds herself in the past while Lucius was a student at Hogwarts or soon after. A way to erase the significant age difference between them. Examples: After the Storm.
- Azkabanfic, where Hermione visits Lucius or exchanges letters with him while he is in wizard prison. Examples: Deliverance, The Night Dances, The Arrangement
- Dark!Hermione, where he seduces her to the dark side and she betrays Harry and Ron and becomes a dark witch or even a Death Eater. Examples: His Mistress.
- Pureblood!Hermione, where she turns out to have been adopted by the Grangers or where they are actually squibs. Example: Revelations.
- Amnesia, where one of them loses all memories of their past and sees the other without the filter of prejudice and enmity, causing them to fall in love. Examples: Captive in Love.
- Threesomes, usually Hermione/Lucius/Severus or Draco/Hermione/Lucius, rarely Voldemort/Hermione/Lucius.Example: The Wildcat Purrs
- AUs and non-magical AUs are frequent because of the characters' identities and canon history.
