Lucian is a member of Sinnoh's Elite Four from Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. He is well-liked by fans, though not too many fanworks exist which primarily focus on him. He also makes appearances in Pokémon Masters, PokéAni and Pokéspe.

Lucian and Will, Lookalikes?
When Lucian was introduced, many fans noticed how similar he looked to Will, another Elite Four member from Pokémon Gold and Silver. Both are psychic-type specialists who have blue-purple hair, red clothing, and seem somewhat androgynous. When Will received a redesign for Pokémon Heart Gold and Soul Silver, the similarities only became more pronounced. There's a lot of fanart featuring these two side to side for this reason.
