Geralt/Regis refers to the slash pairing of Geralt of Rivia and Regis (full name Emiel Regis Rohellec Terzieff-Godefroy, occasionally called Emiel Regis) in The Witcher fandom.
Canon
Regis is a higher vampire and a widely-read barber surgeon. He is Geralt's friend and one of the "hansa", or traveling company, that accompanies him in the latter half of the book series. The romantic pairing first gained popularity after the 2016 release of the the second expansion pack (Blood and Wine) for the video game The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. The expansion reintroduces the character of Regis following his apparent death in the final novel, and they join forces as Geralt investigates a contract.
