Ciri & Geralt & Yennefer is the platonic or gen relationship between Geralt and Yennefer and their adopted daughter Ciri in The Witcher fandom.
This is not to say that the relationship between Yennefer and Geralt is gen; typically it is not. Rather, this is about each of their relationships with Ciri. For their relationship with each other, see Geralt/Yennefer.
Canon
The Law of Surprise is an old law in The Witcher canon, which is rooted in actual Slavic folklore.[1] As payment for a great deed like saving someone's life, one can lay claim to something which the indebted does not yet possess (or does not yet know they possess). If someone is pregnant but doesn't yet know, then Accidental Baby Acquisition results, and it's termed a "child of surprise."
Geralt and Yennefer are both infertile, as a result of their bodies being magically altered. Yennefer in particular really wants a baby. So this accidently adopted daughter really works out for them.
Fandom
The fandom takes Ciri's gen relationships with her adopted parents very seriously, as seriously as shipping.
