Elesa is a Pokémon Gym Leader from Pokémon Black and White. She is well-liked with fans, though not too many fanworks exist which primarily focus on her. She also makes appearances in Pokémon Masters, PokéAni and Pokéspe.
When Pokemon Submas Fandom took off in 2022, Elesa's popularity surged to new heights. She's often as a mutual friend of both Emmet, Ingo, and to a lesser extent, Drayden. This friendship is entirely fanon, and Elesa does not interact with either brother in canon.
The Pokémon Elesa is most associated with are Emolga and Zebstrika.

In Japanese, this is most often called フウカミ, meaning Skyla is the tachi and Elesa is the neko in the coupling. The opposite is also commonly shipped and is written as カミフウ. In Japanese, this ship may also be called ぶっとびシャイニング (works with either order of pairing notation.)
